Triboflux manufactures and sells high-performance bicycle chain lubricants and related maintenance products. All product descriptions, specifications, and pricing are subject to change without notice.

• Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use

Orders and Payment

Placing Orders

Pricing and Payment

• All prices are in US Dollars (USD)
• Prices do not include shipping costs or applicable taxes, which will be calculated at checkout
• Payment is processed securely through Stripe
• We accept major credit cards, debit cards, Apple Pay, and Google Pay

Order Acceptance

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for reasons including:

Shipping and Delivery

• Orders typically ship within 2 business days
• Shipping times vary based on destination and shipping method selected
• You will receive tracking information via email and/or SMS once your order ships

Shipping Restrictions

We currently ship within the United States, Canada, and select international destinations. Some restrictions may apply.

Risk of Loss

All products purchased from Triboflux are shipped FOB shipping point. This means the risk of loss and title for products pass to you upon delivery to the carrier.

Refund & Return Policy

At TriboFlux, we stand behind the performance and quality of our products. Due to the nature of lubricants and consumable cycling products, the following return policy applies to all purchases.

All sales are considered final. We do not accept returns for opened, used, or partially used products.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery so we can resolve the issue promptly.

To process a claim, please provide:

• Your order number
• Photos of the product
• Photos of the packaging and shipping box

Once reviewed, we will determine the appropriate resolution, which may include a replacement product or refund.

Opened Products

Because TriboFlux products are performance consumables, opened or partially used items are not eligible for return or refund.

Return Authorization

Returns are accepted only with prior authorization from TriboFlux. Any unauthorized returns may be refused.

Shipping Costs

Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to a shipping error or product damage.
